Honestly, this month has made me realise that, as much as I love sewing, it takes much more time than I anticipated, and I must be patient. I’ve been trying to get my shirt done, which I recently realised isn’t even a shirt but a blouse. It’s coming along a lot slower than expected, I am not going to lie, so that is why this month has been a bit slow. I have a couple of projects on their merry way, such as the matching skirts with my mom and the shirt I’ve been trying to assemble. So, I must pay tribute to the progress I’ve made: I went from no projects at all, not knowing anything about sewing, to currently having two projects running. Good one me!
Another thing on the bright side is that I am starting to form a new vision for my aesthetics, including my hairdo and hair colour. I’m very excited to share that with you soon. I’ll show you the inspirations and progress videos when I’ve found Henna to colour my hair. Oooopss, a bit of spoilers, is it?
Something else on the bright side: my sewing tools increased in number, with my family surprising me with some super cool stuff.
Overall, it has been a great month. I’m hoping to have more time to spend sewing next month. I will finish the blouse and hopefully one other project. See you soon.:)
